Payment and Shipping

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, please contact us via email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout as follows:

Confirm shipment and track order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your order invoice. All shipments are not tracked and you can always check with our team through our communication channels.

Payment
Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your order and that it is being processed. If you pay by CIB online payment, an authentication and authorization check will be performed by the card issuer and the payment will be debited and settled from your account at the time the order is placed. Otherwise, you will need to pay by direct bank transfer.
