Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, please contact us via email or phone.

Confirm shipment and track order

If you pay by CIB online payment, an authentication and authorization check will be performed by the card issuer and the payment will be debited and settled from your account at the time the order is placed.
