Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Confirm shipment and track order

Payment

If you pay by CIB online payment, an authentication and authorization check will be performed by the card issuer and the payment will be debited and settled from your account at the time the order is placed. Otherwise, you will need to pay by direct bank transfer.
